Cuando llegue al edificio, no lo encontré recepcionistas, solo guardias de seguridad. También, cuando necesitaba ayuda de mi cuarto, ellos no me ayudan porque no tienen permiso para hacer nada. Aunque estaba un poco incómodo, los guardias eran amables y me ayudan en cosas pequeñas, lo que puedan hacer. Los pro: Todos los empleados son amables. Hay espacio estacionamiento. El edificio es muy fácil para encontrar. Hay basurero en cada piso. Piscina. Gimnasio. Buen olor en el edificio. Los contras: No hay recepcionistas. No hay cerrojo de la puerta. El balcón estaba muy sucio. El microonda no funcionaba, y el orno también. No me dejan cambiar el cuarto (aunque había cuartos disponibles). No servicio de limpieza.

Located right next to Al Maktoum International Airport, District 2020, and UAE’s Green Belt, the development has an advantageous position in Dubai. Here you will also find a future metro station and several bus lines. There are multiple access routes to the territory which include Sheikh Zayed Road & Emirates Road
Dubai South is a city within a city. Eventually, it will be the home of all kinds of basic and luxurious facilities. Ibn Battuta Mall can be reached within 25 minutes and The Outlet Village by Meraas is 22 minutes away. Other nearby malls include Dubai Marina Mall, Mall of the Emirates and the world-renowned Dubai Mall. These shopping destinations can be reached within a 40-minutes drive. Palm Jumeirah Beach and JBR are one of the renowned beaches in Dubai are just 20 minutes drive.
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis are easily booked through Uber and Careem through their applications that can simply be downloaded on your phone.
If you would like to explore the rest of Dubai via a train or tram, Danube Metro Station is around 17 minutes' drive. Go down to DMCC Metro Station and connect to the Tram Station from here if you simply want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Marina Mall. The train system will conveniently take you to other premier locations around the city, like Dubai Mall, the Mall of the Emirates, etc.
The bus stop stand is “Majestique” route going to Expo City - Dubai Metro, an approximately 20-minute interval for pick-up.
Supermarkets & Restaurants are a few minutes away with free delivery service within the vicinity.
Laundry Shops, Ladies’ & Men’s Salon / Spa & Pharmacy/Clinics - 24/7 are just minutes away from this development.
Not to mention the Dubai South Park, Garden Kid’s area nearby.
