The balcony was amazing with great views and calm surroundings. There were many things that could have been better or needed tending to during our stay. The jacuzzi blew the fuse a few times, the gas in the bbq was empty, the jacuzzi needed cleaning and guests got rashes from it. The heated pool was closed and we did not even know where it was untill we were checking out. One of the showers flooded the bathroom floor everytime someone took a shower and had kind of a moldy smell, that room would have needed a fan or bigger windows to air out. We would have wanted to be able to use the jacuzzi and the heated pool, they were the main reasones for our booking this appartment and we were disapointed to have staff tell us that the jacuzzi was not meant for babies (even if the heat was set at 37,5 degrees).

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au sein de ce logement très moderne et agréable. Nous étions 5 personnes et nous n’avons pas manqué d’espace. Le jacuzzi était très agréable et la terrasse avec une belle vue. Nous avons juste trouvé l’accès compliqué et les indications pas claires sur l’arrivée. Tout le reste était parfait.

Everything about Haciendas was perfect for us. We booked the 2 bedroom with two bathrooms and a jacuzzi included. Spotless apartment with a Master BBQ grill included. The WiFi was excellent averaging at 100mbps. Complimentary wine and water when you arrive. Nice touch. The staff were very accommodating and extended our stay at reception with ease for a day more. Staff were easily contacted and replied almost immediately every-time. 10 minute walk to the beach and Costa Adeje’s city centre. I would recommend this for older or younger occupants, very spacious and quiet environment. So much so we Will be returning here again soon! 😎👍🏽
