This was an overall good airbnb in the Philippines! It’s in a good location in Eastwood. The host was very attentive and responsive to all my concerns. The home was very comfortable and well decorated. There were some things that I found with the property that affected the rating: - The washer was not hooked up and working when we arrived. Once we got a new washer hooked up, the third room (laundry room) smelled like sewage. The maintenance and host promptly responded to our concerns. - The third room has a bed and washer side by side - The property has a visitor policy where you have to inform the host a day ahead of any visitors - The airbnb lists having “free parking on the premises.” Do coordinate with the host ahead of time to reserve your parking space if you plan to rent a car or have a driver

The unit was exactly how it was described. Fully airconditioned and spacious for our family of 5. Plus points that it also has 2.5 bathroom :) Not to mention that it was conveniently located inside Eastwood. Finally, Tuttie was very welcoming & had made sure that we will have a memorable experience staying at her unit. She’s by far the nicest and warmest host I have ever met in my years of using airbnb. Hope to stay in her place again!

Second time stay at Maam Tuttie place, and like the first experience, it was very nice. Very clean and comfortable place. Maam Tuttie is always responsive and very helpful. Don't hesitate to stay in Maam Tuttie's unit. Highly recommended!!❤️🌈
