Possibly one of the best locations for a stay in Brisbane. It is a small enclave of high end apartments right opposite Roma St Parklands with a very easy stroll into Queen St mall. Great city bright light views coupled with beautiful relaxing parkland views. Easy parking on site and access to major arterial roads if you want to explore farther afield or you can just park up and stay in. Beautiful apartment that feels bigger than the photos and self catering ia easy for the days you just want to stay home and relax. Plenty of restaurants and shopping options all within a very easy 15 minute strolll. Wi Oils definitely book again if wanting that escape to the city again in the future. Highly recommend

Extremely disappointing stay. The property is disgustingly filthy and doesn’t match the photos or description. There were dried food stains on the carpets, rugs, and cushions. Dishes and glasses hadn’t been washed properly and still had food smeared over them. Bed sheets were stained and ripped. King beds are actually 2 singles pushed together so there’s an uncomfortable ridge down the middle. Blinds are missing and broken allowing too much light in the bedroom when you’re trying to sleep.

This apartment is stunning. Beautiful views over the parklands. Very quiet and private and only a 10min walk to the CBD. Lee is excellent to deal with. Highly recommended and will stay again.

The apartment is lovely and spacious with that killer view over the parklands. We loved having coffee in the gardens every morning with the birds. We did spend time at the pool but would have loved to access the steam room and hot tub, which we were told is not in the same building and needs to be reserved, yet there are no staff to reserve this with. This was misleading, I did partly choose this Airbnb based on the photos of the amenities in the listing. Overall we enjoyed the apartment but there was waaaay too much unnecessary texting every day from the hosts and I did not have time to respond to them all. They expect you to drive up the street and drop they keys at their arbitrary key location at 10am when you check out so cancel your morning plans on check out day.
