Brian’s place was very clean and modern. It was well supplied with towels and kitchen accessories. The beds and bunks were very comfortable and it’s in a very nice neighborhood. The only critique we had was the couch was rather saggy and uncomfortable. Also would have been nice to have more seating in the kitchen area for eating meals.

Brian’s place was very clean, well equipped, and conveniently located. There bedrooms were large with comfortable beds. We would stay again.

Perfect home base for activities in Champaign-Urbana. Brian's put a lot of working into making this a comfortable, clean stay, and it shows. I'll definitely be back.

We were visiting for a basketball tournament and a few parents decided on an Airbnb so that the kids could be together. We literally booked this place the week of and Brian was so accommodating, responsive, and professional! The place was perfect for what we needed and 5 mins from the gym. We will be back again!

Easy location, it was a better option to travel with friends, cozy living room to hangout in and was nice to have laundry. The EV charger was a great plus!
