Victor was very friendly, approachable as it was described in his property page. Though he was living in the same house (first floor), he did not interfere and almost was non-noticeable. Our stay was great as my son was able to focus on his studies without any interruption/disturbance. The place is located in a very calm surroundings and was nearby to the university of central florida and many good restaurants. If I were to make one comment, the hot water in the bathtub was not hot enough. But we were able to manage as it was close to the summer & the temperature was 90+ on those we stayed.

This was the perfect place to stay with my family. We were party of 7 just needing to stay one night. Victor told us to make ourselves right at home and we definitely felt welcome to do so. Victor made sure that we had everything that we needed. I will stay again for sure!!!

Great host! Excellent rate, only needed to stay there for one night, and it was perfect for a large group.
