The rental is in a phenomenal location with a beautiful view of the Mississippi River and the surrounding nature. Very private location. In one day we saw deer, a bald eagle, and river otter. The house is extremely clean and contains all the basic amenities you need for cooking, relaxing, and spending time outdoors. Something to be aware of that's worth mentioning. The driveway to the house is long and unpaved. During snow melt, or heavy rain, portions of it turn to mud and would likely be unpassable of you're driving a regular car. If you have an all wheel drive vehicle or 4x4 you will be all good. Our SUV made it to and from the house with no problems even though the drive was quite muddy. Overall, the rental was wonderful and we definitely look forward to a return visit in the future.

Such a beautiful home tucked in the pines! We loved the views of the river too! The home was clean, cozy and spacious! The great room was comfortable and had all the amenities you need to relax! We enjoyed wine by the wood fire stove at night. We appreciate the large kitchen and many windows throughout the house. The home was located in a great area with many shops and restaurants in nearby towns! We would love to come back for another getaway! Thank you again for sharing your home with us!

Great place to stay big living room area. Beautiful location and secluded. House is very nice. The only thing I would recommend is getting a water softener water is a little foul that would help. And just more utensils. Other than great place to stay. And very accommodating and great communication.

This place exceeded our expectations. Believe it or not, it’s even more amazing in person than in the pictures. We got lucky and it snowed. It was so beautiful and peaceful. Will definitely book again! We can’t stop talking about it and daydreaming about the snow and getting cozy next to the wood stove.
