Quiet and residential neighborhood, with services suited to your every need. The 106m2 apartment, on the second floor (with lift) of a quiet condominium, is composed of: entrance/living room, kitchen with balcony, large bathroom with window, three double bedrooms, two of which with access to a second balcony. The rooms are all large, comfortable and have a work or study station. The kitchen is at the complete disposal of guests, equipped with all appliances (oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee pod machine, toaster, etc...). In each room there is hot/cold air conditioning and there is also an independently adjustable heating system. The neighborhood is very quiet and residential, with pharmacies, banks, post offices, Careggi hospital, doctors' offices, dental offices, laundries, laundromats, all kinds of shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and well served by all means of transport.
The apartment is 10 minutes from the Santa Maria Novella station, and therefore from the UNESCO Historic Centre.
It can be easily reached via the tramway Line T1-direction CAREGGI OSPEDALE, getting on at the "Alamanni Stazione" stop and getting off at the "Morgagni" stop; or by train from SANTA MARIA NOVELLA station getting off at RIFREDI station.
From Florence Peretola airport you can reach the apartment in 10 minutes by taxi, or in 30 minutes by tramway: line (T2) from “Peretola Airport” direction UNITA' to “Alamanni-Stazione” + line (T1) direction CAREGGI HOSPITAL to the “Morgagni” stop.
The Careggi Hospital can be easily reached on foot in 5 minutes or by taking the T1 tram line in the direction of CAREGGI OSPEDALE and getting off at the “Careggi Ospedale” stop.
For those arriving or leaving by coach to/from “VILLA COSTANZA”, (Villa Costanza is in Via della Constitution, 185 50018 Scandicci FI Italy), just take the tramway to the “Villa Costanza” stop, direction CAREGGI OSPEDALE and get off at the stop “Morgagni”.
