The first floor bedroom is queen-sized and the other second floor bedroom has a king-sized trundle and 2 full-sized beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining, with a large dining table and a breakfast bar. You can also grill out on the deck under the stars! Sort your treasure of collected sea shells and rinse the sand off in the outdoor shower on the shaded ground floor deck. There is also a charcoal grill here for your use. Sitting directly on the Gulf of Mexico, this home offers every amenity you need for a memorable beach vacation. You can bike, walk or jog on the multi-use path, just outside this home, that runs the length of the island. Bicycle, kayak and surf board rentals are available at the entrance to the island. The longest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico is just 2 miles east on the island, and is a great spot to fish and people watch. There are 4 bar/restaurants down the road that all offer gorgeous views of the sound and the gulf. The Marine Science Station, which promotes the conservation of the marine ecosystem of coastal Florida is located on the east end of the island. Pensacola Beach is a 20 minute ride west along the beautiful Gulf Islands National Seashore and offers a variety of restaurants and shops. The US Navy and the US Air Force armament museums are 30 minutes away and the Gulf Breeze Zoo is just a 15 minute car ride away. Your small pup is welcome to join you with owner approval. There will be a pet fee for each pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. Cats are NOT allowed. Note that dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the Gulf Beach. Smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted. Minimum age to rent is 25.
