He is a new host. I hope he improves the experience for future guests. Pros: -spacious house -comfortable beds -our toddler loved the tricycle -space for dogs to run -kind neighbors cons: -shocked to find a whole sheet of additional rules/fees hanging on the walls that were not on listing. we got this place b/c it said it was pet friendly. but the sheet said large dogs had to be kept outside (and we also found out the area can have donkeys get out as well as wild hogs, bobcats, and coyotes). Good thing our dogs are medium sized -$150 PER ITEM if any linens or towels are missing/stained. but there was no inventory so we couldn't know what there should be. Quality was cheap, not $150 -unexpected yard fees but the yard was mess -he has a shelf of things you have to buy from him including extra toilet paper if you run out -no clear markings of end of property -the house sits on crooked stacks of bricks -person living in RV in the yard -unexpected communication after checkout

Home had lots of space and was completely uncluttered. There is an attached porch that we used at night while we enjoyed the cool breeze and relaxed before the next day's festivities. The property has a detached 2nd porch with a picnic table were we able to enjoy the Easter celebrations. The lot itself is also very large and the home is away from the street so the kids were able to run around egg hunting without us having to worry about traffic. The host also arranged (per our request and prior reservation) a bounce castle, tables and chairs for our event. There was an miscommunication issue between us, the guests, and we forgot about confirming the restaurant food order so we almost ended up with a foodless event. Lucky for us, Emmanuel had a grill on site that we were able to use, for an additional fee, and we were able to still have a great day. He definitely saved the day! We will for sure be staying here again.
