Walk or take a quick golf cart ride to the beach or sound access. Come in from the beach and rinse off in our outdoor shower. Enter the ground level to find a twin over bunk bed, smart TV, life size games, and board games. Sail upstairs to our main living area and open kitchen/dining (May also enter at this level via front porch) Private master suite with private deck and newly renovated bathroom. Walk upstairs to find 2 additional large bedrooms and newly renovated bathroom. Each of these 2 bedrooms have their private decks. Out back we have a lighted patio and backyard for relaxing or playing a game of cornhole. Six beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, 3 bikes, 1 kayak with life jackets and golf cart are yours to enjoy. Hop on the included golf cart or take a short walk or bike ride to the ocean or the sound. It’s less than a two-min walk down a quiet street with virtually no traffic to get to the private beach access for the neighborhood. There's no public parking nearby, so you don't have to share your beach paradise with crowds. A 2-min walk the other way is the public boat launch for a lovely sunset or fishing spot, and an amazing playground.
