Smoking and Marijuana Use: *** No Smoking Inside: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Please use the designated outdoor smoking areas. *** Outdoor Smoking: Smoking is permitted outside, near the door, or at the fire pit. We kindly ask that you dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. *** Marijuana Use: We understand that some guests may use marijuana for medical purposes. You are welcome to do so as long as you comply with Florida state law regarding medical marijuana use. Please be respectful of other guests and neighbors. *** Smoking Fee: A smoking fee of $500.00 will be charged to guests who violate our no smoking policy. This fee is to cover the costs of deep cleaning and deodorizing the property to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests. *** Our kitchen is equipped with various appliances, including an induction stove. Ensure that you use appropriate cookware designed for induction stoves, and be aware that this stove may require some extra time to warm up. *** Please note that we provide a Keurig coffee machine for your convenience. We do offer coffee but if it’s not what you like, we recommend picking up your supplies from nearby stores such as Winn Dixie, Walmart, Publix, or Target. Additionally, if you prefer a ready-made cup, you’ll find Krispy Kreme, Dunkin’ Donuts, and Starbucks conveniently located nearby. *** We have a special shower setup, reminiscent of an RV shower, which adds to the unique charm of our space. While our hot water supply is efficient, it’s worth noting that it may not last as long as a traditional home shower(smaller water heater). Typically, you can enjoy a refreshing shower for approximately 10 minutes at a time. If you happen to use the sink before showering, please be aware that it might take up to 30 minutes for the hot water to replenish. Despite this, the water does get pretty hot, perfect for those relaxing showers. Your understanding and cooperation in conserving hot water during your stay are greatly appreciated. We’re committed to ensuring your comfort and a memorable experience. *** For your comfort, we recommend setting the AC temperature around 70 degrees Fahrenheit of using the heat and if using the cool mode 78 for better energy sufficient. The mini split does have Heat and cool option just change the mode. And you can turn blowing power up or down with fan speed button on white remote. Laundry and Trash Information: *** Washer and Dryer: If you’re staying for 3 days or longer and need to use the washer and dryer located in the garage, please let us know in advance. We’ll ensure the garage door is open for your convenience. *** Trash Management: For guests staying longer than 2 days, if the trash begins to overflow, we kindly request that you take care of it. We have two green trash bins and one recycle bin located on the front side of the fence. *** We encourage you to enjoy your meals at the dining table for a more comfortable dining experience. *** Our Smart TV offers a range of streaming options for your entertainment. Please remember to sign out of your personal accounts before departing. Tubi is accessible without the need for an account and offers free content for your enjoyment. Netflix is available on us. *** Our guest units are routinely treated by professional pest control to maintain a clean and comfortable environment. However, it’s important to note that being in Florida, pests are a common occurrence in our region. We make every effort to minimize their presence with scheduled monthly sprays, but we can’t guarantee complete prevention due to the local environment. Rest assured, we are committed to addressing any issues promptly and ensuring your stay is as pleasant as possible. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we appreciate your understanding of the unique challenges in our area. So no refunds on these situations. *** When exiting, ensure that the door is securely closed and locked. The door may automatically lock after a period of time, so be mindful of this feature. *** If you plan on using the fire pit during your stay, please make sure to request firewood in advance, as it may not be readily available due to weather conditions. *** While our property features a pool, it is not generally available for guest use. However, you may message me to inquire about its availability, and if my family is not using it and it’s chemically been treated and cleaned, I may permit limited access. Please note that swimming after dark is not permitted. No pets or Service pets. *** We can't accommodate service animals in our space located on permanent residential property and due to shared spaces and my son's severe allergies. This is a health issue, and for a more suitable stay, we recommend booking elsewhere. No lock code will be generated. I suggest to not to instant book and to find a better accommodation.
