Welcome to our modern 2-bedroom house, nestled in the vibrant town of Batley with convenient proximity to Birstall. For added flexibility, the living room boasts a pull-out sofa bed, accommodating upto 5 guests in total. The kitchen features an electric hob, microwave, toaster , kettle and essential utensils so you can cook up a storm or simply serve up a take away from the many great restaurants on your doorstep. There is also a fridge / freezer , a washing machine and a separate dryer so you can keep up to date with your laundry. Bedroom 1 This bedroom features a cozy double bed, with an open wardrobe and built in TV with LED lights. The room also has a built in safe to store all your valuables. Bedroom 2 This bedroom offers a comfortable single bed, ensuring a good night's sleep for all. It also has an open wardrobe. Both rooms have high quality linen and duvets for a good nights sleep. The bathroom boasts contemporary fixtures and a soothing ambiance, offering a place to relax and rejuvenate. It has a walk-in shower and all the amenities ( towels, soap, shampoo, toilet roll, cleaning products ) are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Wonderful Host. Muhammad’s place was very well maintained , in a good location and spotless. The communication was excellent , the host was very helpful in answering all questions even late evenings.
The value of the property was reasonable and the place had been cleaned. All facilities were as described and Mohammed was very helpful. It requires some maintenance and updating, skirting boards in kitchen were damaged in places and trunking in the front door area came away from the wall when we were watching tv. Bathroom had quite a bit of limescale and tap was broken which my husband fixed as he’s a plumber, and could do with some general sprucing up, felt the images were nicer than the place itself. However for the price we paid it was ok and comfortable. We should have researched the area better as noticed drug dealing and a lot of dog faeces on the pavements but that’s not a reflection of the host or the property just the surrounding area.
Extremely kind and cooperative and worked with me to the best of their ability. The place was comfortable and exactly as shown, zero complaints and am very grateful for my stay.
We had to cut our stay short but communication was always great and the place was as described! 🙏🏼
Just as described on pictures. Had some nice snacks, tea and coffee. Muhammad himself eas very friendly and quite appologetic of how the previous guests left his place which we didn't mind as we only needed to sleep for a night. Would recommend if in the area
