Glad to have stayed with them. It was a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere, with good support for things to do in the area. I highly recommend Rich and April as hosts.

We had such a great time at Rich and April’s! They were very helpful and responsive to our questions and needs. Our son graduated from CMU and we wanted a place that we could host a graduation party and entertain. The pole barn was perfect! There was plenty of space for guests to sit as well as play pool, darts and listen to music. We wish we had more time to explore the trails, use the hot tub and explore the sites of Midland! The loft was also spacious and comfy too. We would recommend this little gem to anyone!!

Rich and April’s barn was a delight to stay at for our last minute need! The pool table, dart boards, movie projector, popcorn machine, hot tub, axe throwing, nature trails, pond and our 2 large dogs being allowed to stay were such highlights of our stay! The mattresses were comfortable too even! My only comment was it wasn’t private at all if that’s what you’re looking for! The road was close and you could hear cars a lot and the hot tub and grill was on the host’s porch (that was a plus to us because them and their family was very nice and not invasive at all but if you’re looking for total seclusion you should know) also there was a super close town with store and restaurants that we liked! Also allergies if you have them could be a problem since they allow dogs, there were other dogs hairs there for sure on the beds. All in all I highly recommend for a chill weekend away for a great value! Thanks Rich and April!

We loved the space! Perfect for larger celebrations or more intimate gatherings. The hosts were very easy to contact but also the side felt very private. The sound system is nice and the loft was very comfortable; there were only four in our group but you could easily fit twice that in the sleeping space!
