Michael's place was excellent. It's also a walking distance from several shops just in case one needs to do some grocery shopping. The gen which powered both ACs was turned on within minutes of a power outage. His apartment is also equipped with a slew of cable channels that makes staying indoors not too boring. The only issue I had was the spotty internet. It would be nice if the signal was a little stronger to allow browsing on ones laptop. All in all, I would stay there again on my next trip to Lagos.

I love Michael's place. This is the second time that my family and I stayed at his place. His place is stylish and his staff are pleasant. The property is located in the heart of Lekki Phase 1. There are so many things to do in the surrounding area. The light was constant throughout my stay. I would recommend his place to anyone.

Frank, the Facility Manager, was very friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. Dorcas, was very attentive and flexible to our needs. We had a lot of issues with roaches despite the many attempts to fumigate. This was very annoying and uncomfortable. The house ran mainly on generator. Whenever the power was out, the staff had the generator on within minutes. There is no hot water so be prepared to boil water if you desire to enjoy a warm/hot shower. The bed was very uncomfortable and made it hard for a good night's rest my entire stay. The portable wi-fi is a HUGE plus and definitely came in handy as we were navigating the area. Michael was very responsive the entire process and made me feel very comfortable as this was my first AirBnB experience. He was patient with all my questions and was always prompt with his responses. All in all, good value if your money if your looking to save money on a regular hotel. Just be prepared to give up certain luxuries that a hotel provides.
