Marianne and her team are amazing hosts. Very responsive and proactive. They proactively sent instructions and reminders, and have been very responsive and helpful with all my questions.. The place looked the same as the photos and the building is very accessible. The experience starts from the moment you walk in the building as it felt like checking in at a hotel with good scent and polite staff..

Marianne’s place is situated in a nice area, close to restaurants, malls, etc. However, upon walking into the suite, the first thing we noticed was the pool of water in the floor under the AC in the living room. It was leaking so badly we had to put a bowl under to catch the water dripping. The floor had weird marks everywhere that make it look like there’s dirty drip marks all over the living room. The 3 out of 4 of the pillow cases had stains in them and the bed had hairs everywhere that was definitely not from us. I reached out to Marianne about all of the concerns and she sent someone the next day to fix the AC and change the sheets. Luckily we were gone all day other wise it would have been a drag having to wait especially as it got really hot in the Area that day. She did refund me my cleaning fee which was great and I was thankful for. The bathroom is ridiculously small and barely any space for the garbage bin and the couch was very uncomfortable. The place was nice and looked like the picture. When we got to the room, it had a sewer like smell that we did not like. we had to use air freshener to cover the smell. The air conditioning in the room was good but the one in the living room was leaking and we had put a towel under it to catch the water. The restroom was a little small but it was still good enough to use properly. Overall, the area we were in was a good area to explore and the only problems we really had was the smell and the leaking air conditioning.
