The Coach House is a recently refurbished, self-contained annexe to a main residence with its own private entrance and car space. The accommodation includes luxurious bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. Situated a 10 minute walk across Hammersmith Bridge is the tube at Hammersmith Broadway (Piccadilly, District & Circle/ Hammersmith & City lines) and in the opposite direction Barnes village is a short stroll away with its eclectic range of shops and restaurants. Bedroom: King size bed with luxurious bedding and plenty of storage. Eating/working: A folding table allows for a small work station or place to eat with a comfortable sofa bench. Wardrobe: Plenty of hanging space and shelves. Kitchenette: Includes a fridge, microwave, plates, cutlery, cafetiere, corkscrew - all the essentials! The fridge is stocked with milk and there is a selection of teas and ground coffee along with salt & pepper etc. in the cupboard. Bathroom: Newly appointed shower, sink, loo and towel rail with fluffy towels provided.

My daughter and I stayed just one night at Fran's place, so she could attend an event at the Apollo Eventum. What a lucky find - perfectly located just across the river from Hammersmith, with safe parking and plenty of facilities (shops, restaurants etc) in the immediate area. The coach house is small but perfectly formed, with lots of thoughtful touches to make guests feel welcome. Luxurious linen and comfy bedding made for a very good night's sleep. The area is very pretty and we enjoyed being able to walk over the bridge back and for to Hammersmith. We would definitely stay again if we come to London again. Thanks Fran!

Gorgeous studio ideally located for Barnes & Hanmersmith. Everything you need for a few nights stay & Fran was really helpful with any questions etc

Fran was a brilliant host and we couldn’t have asked for more. The accommodation was to a high standard and within good walking distance for the tube, and cafes for breakfast. Surrounded by the Thames an its beautiful river walks, it has nature reserves, green spaces and the famous duck pond. There are destination pubs, acclaimed restaurants, famous cinemas and stellar shopping opportunities along with all amenities for a memorable stay.
There is secure, off-street parking available on request.
A short walk (10 mins) over Hammersmith Bridge takes you to Hammersmith Broadway with the Piccadilly, District, Circle and Hammersmith & City Lines.
There are multiple buses up and down Castelnau (bus stop just outside).
Tesco petrol station is a 2 minute walk and is open for all basics from 6am - 11pm.
Barnes village (The Olympic, Church Road restaurant, Riva, Gails, M&S, multiple chemists, Sainsburys, Cook etc) is a 10 minute walk away.
