We had a nice stay with a group of 8 adults at the vila. The accommodation is as per description, incl. providing the deposit and cleaning fee up on arrival. It was noticed the house wasn't in the cleanest state - as the host confirmed the house wasn't used for a few weeks. It was not cleaned before our arrival. This was evidenced by a few dead cockroaches and also general dust. During our stay a few rooms had some encounters with alive cockroaches - this can be expected in this climate, but just something to keep in mind. The host suggested a few restaurants - The ones referenced were relatively expensive - considering the average price for a restaurant meal in Turkey. Just have a further look in Dalyan and there are some hidden gems - like Kebabci Yusuf. Our stay was outside the summer season and the nights were cold, so the host brought over some extra blankets. One other thing to note, we stayed with 8 people and the couches downstairs are positioned towards to the tv and not designed to have a social conversation. The kitchen table was small for 8 people, so we used the table outside in the bbq are which did accommodate for 8. However the seating area at the top floor was lovely.

We stayed at Ergun's place as 3 families (6 adults and 4 kids) and all of us were very happy about our stay. The house was better (and even bigger) than we expected. It was very clean, and full of amenities. We loved the BBQ area (separate from the house) with its own dishwasher, range, small fridge and a large table. Kids enjoyed the swing, the hammock and the orange trees in the back yard. Ergun took care of the pool every other day and he was very responsive throughout our stay. He recommended a wonderful boat for a day tour, a breakfast place we loved and even an other place to say for visiting friends. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and could not recommend our super host Ergun more.

Villa Spice is in a nice, quiet location just 10-15 min walk out of town. It's great for 2 families with a lovely warm pool, excellent wi-fi and outside eating area. There are 5 en-suite, air-conditioned bedrooms. We didn't use the oven but had a couple of bbq's. Dalyan is a lovely town with a host of restaurants, bars and plenty of shops

çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Havuzun boyutu gayet yeterliydi, jakuzi harikaydı, evin imkanları çok iyiydi, bilardo öğrenme fırsatı bulduk. Konumu ayrıca güzel merkeze çok yakın ve manzarası da çok güzel
