Located 1 mile from Furman University’s awe inspiring 750-acre campus, 4 miles south of the laid back food and drink scene of downtown Travelers Rest, and 4 miles north of the popular Main Street and Falls Park in Greenville. Whether it's a family vacation, get-together with friends, work trip, or a football weekend at Furman, the 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 updated bathrooms and well-appointed kitchen, living, and dining room ensure you’ll have a comfortable home base for whatever brings you to town. Complete with a dedicated remote workspace, bike storage, 2 bikes for guest use, over half an acre of fully fenced yard, a fire pit with campfire-style grill, outdoor seating, and a picnic table, you might never want to leave the house… that is until you find out all the amazing experiences Greenville and Upstate SC have to offer.

We loved our stay!!! The house was beautiful and in a perfect location. The pups loved the backyard and trail right next to the house. Justin was very responsive and an amazing host! Will definitely be visiting again.
Place was perfect for our stay!
We had a wonderful visit to Greenville! The house was super clean, with the exception of some dog hair. I would not recommend staying here if you’re allergic to dogs, as I am. It did take around 15-20 minutes to get most places. Overall, I would recommend this place for people who are willing to drive a bit to get to Greenville’s best destinations.
This was our first trip to Greenville and it did not disappoint! Loved the downtown and being right on the Swamp Rabbit Trail. The backyard is a delight! Our dogs loved it and they voted it #1 backyard of all our trips😀. We loved getting fresh chicken eggs from the lovely neighbor! We would definitely stay here again!
I have only great things to say about Justin’s trail side retreat. It looks exactly like the pictures. It is squeaky clean and had everything we needed and more. The proximity to the Swamp Rabbit Trail is ideal. We are only sorry we didn’t have time to ride the bikes on the trail (this time) but we hope to return and take advantage of this prime location and all the house has to offer another time!

My wife (and co-host) Victoria and I wanted to create a place where you can be comfortable and feel welcomed no matter what brings you to town.
