This lovely end of terrace property is located just a stone's throw away from Chester Racecourse and city centre, and offers free off-street parking for one car. As you enter the home there is a corridor with plenty of room to hang coats. This leads to an open plan Dining/living area with plenty of seating & a log burner, a lovely coffee nook in the dining area and smart TV in the living room. On the ground floor there is also a large galley kitchen to the rear with wooden fronts and all amenities you could need during your stay. As you head upstairs to the first floor there is a large bathroom with a cast iron roll top bath and walk in shower. The first bedroom on this floor is a large twin room, which is light and airy. The second bedroom to the front of the house is also extremely spacious with king bed and ample storge for your belongings. On the third floor there is the attic room which has a king bed and is the perfect place to escape and unwind after a busy day enjoying all that Chester has to offer.

We had a lovely time here! It's a great location - it's really handy for walking into town, and the route is really interesting, past the canal and then up onto the walls. The house is lovely and spacious, with really big rooms - there's a nice dining area and room to relax, and the kitchen is practical with nice access to the courtyard garden. We would definitely have used this in warmer weather. It's all decorated beautifully, and the bedrooms are cosy and comfortable. The parking space is also really handy, and big enough to squeeze in a Land Rover. The only thing I'd say is that it's not a suitable place for anyone with mobility issues, since the stairs are steep and there's restricted head height in the top bedroom. This isn't a criticism, though - it's clear from the listing, and for most people won't be a problem. We'd definitely come back - thank you for a great holiday!
Comfortable house, plenty of space in all rooms. Lots of space to store food in the kitchen (makes a nice change). Love the welcome pack and the toiletries left were a nice touch too. Would stay again.
Very clean house, comfy beds. Good bedding and towels. Enough room for everyone.
Great location for visiting Chester zoo. The house itself looks a bit tired and needs a freshen up. Overall we had a good stay but with a bit of TLC and a good clean this would be 5 star.
