This property sits on 4.5 acres. 1/4 mile from Camp Perry and 5 miles from Port Clinton. There is plenty of options for boat ramp access. the living area is an open concept for room to relax and enjoy family and friends. We have outdoor furniture and gas grill for gathering and cooking out. Room for your pets to run. right close to route 2 for ease of travel.

I would definitely stay there again. We had 8 guys and it worked out great and plenty of space.
I booked this property months in advance, but this host double-listed it on both airbnb and vrbo and then told me less than a day in advance that the property was no longer available (and only after I asked about check-in). Then she tried to get me to be the one to cancel (I'm guessing so that she wouldn't face repercussions from airbnb). Not recommended.
