Located 7 miles from Broadus, close to highway access with a nice big fenced/shaded yard. It would be a great hunters getaway! We do not offer hunting on the property. There is one queen bed in the master bedroom with a spacious closet and an air conditioning unit. In the 2nd bedroom there are 2 twin sized beds with a place to hang clothes, no air conditioning in there but we do have a ceiling fan. The master bedroom has its own entrance to the bathroom but can be locked for privacy. There is an extra bed in the living area that can be used for extra guest. The house is not too far from the highway so it isn’t uncommon to hear highway traffic at night.
