Permit #2023065469 This unique wooded haven offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle, with a wooded backdrop that creates an idyllic, private, cabin-like atmosphere, all while being only a 12 minute (5 mile) drive to Broadway and Nashville's downtown attractions. Step inside, and you'll discover a beautifully decorated and well-appointed home that seamlessly blends modern comfort and rustic style. The Location: ★ Located in a great area of Nashville called White Bridge ★ Walk/short drive to restaurants, shopping, coffee, breweries, bakery + live music ★ 5 miles to Broadway bars and Honky-tonks (13 min drive) ★ 5 miles to Vanderbilt University (12 min drive) ★ 4 miles to Centennial Park (9 min drive) ★ 1 mile to West End Center (restaurants, bars, shopping, coffee, etc.) ★ 2 minute drive to Trader Joes, Costco, Target, Publix, and more ★ Free Parking on premises Explore the city's iconic attractions during the day and retreat to your peaceful haven at night. **Please note, there are 3 units on the property. I live in one of them, we keep to ourselves. Everything pictured and described is all yours to enjoy freely and privately.** The House: Outdoor Space: Our favorite, enjoy the tranquility of nature on your private deck, surrounded by trees. Complete with an outdoor 55" TV and a built in fireplace, sit back and relax in the dreamy patio furniture while watching your favorite show/game. Enjoy meals and gatherings at the outdoor table with seating for 6, or take pictures in the egg chair! Master Bedroom: A spacious, cozy retreat with a memory foam king-sized bed, providing a restful night's sleep. Bedroom has it's own ensuite full bathroom. Bedroom 2: Perfect for friends or family, this room offers two comfortable memory foam twin-sized beds. There is a full bathroom in the hallway outside this bedroom. Living Area: An inviting and rustic space with ample seating, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration or night out on the town. Netflix, HBO, Hulu, and others are also available on the 75" living room TV. The couch does pull out, bringing the addition of a full memory foam mattress to sleep 2 additional guests. Kitchen: Fully equipped for your culinary adventures, complete with modern appliances, all utensils and pots and pans you'll need, coffee maker, and a dining area. The Location: While you're just a stone's throw away from the lush woods, you're also conveniently located within a 12-minute drive to the heart of downtown Nashville, where Broadway's honky-tonks, live music, and vibrant nightlife await.

Great place and location!
I can’t say enough good things about my stay at Wood Haven. I was looking for a nice cozy place to nest for my stay in Nashville - I found it. It was quiet and extremely relaxing. I walked to Publix down the street for groceries - plenty of places nearby for eating out as well. The location is prime for being outside the busy city and it’s very easy to connect to the main highways into the city. The neighborhood is old and established - one where people care about yard maintenance and curb appeal. The house is surrounded by lush trees and shrubs- full of songbirds. I loved it! Andrew is an amazing host. The cleanliness and attention to detail lets you know that he cares about the property and how it cares for you while you are there. Everything from check in to check out was simple and stress free. All you have to do is show up! I definitely recommend staying here- I hope to come back again. Thanks Andrew!
We really enjoyed our stay! The unit is clean and tidy, and in an area that’s a 10 minute drive from practically everything. The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked, and I appreciated that I didn’t have to pack every little thing (hair dryer, iron, etc) to make it a great trip. The patio is beautiful. The couch is so COZY and with 5 guests it felt like we had the perfect amount of space. There are other people that share a wall with the living room and below you, so it takes away from the “private” feel a bit. This didn’t cause issue or ruin our stay by any means- just don’t feel this is transparent enough as the listing really focuses on “Private and Secluded”. It’s essentially a duplex, but the price of a stand alone home.
Andrew is a great host!!!! He was super responsive for all communications and is very motivated to be a great host. We will be back some time! Thanks Andrew for everything.

You'll feel like you're in the woods in the middle of the city - fully grown trees on more than an acre in one of Nashville's most sought-after neighborhoods. Only a 14 minute Uber/Lyft to downtown. 4 minutes to Trader Joe’s, Costco, Publix, Target, Hattie B's, and more.
There is plentiful free parking on the property. I-40, Charlotte Pike and West End/Harding Ave - all are a stone's throw away. Whether you're heading to Broadway, Vanderbilt, St Thomas, Percy Warner Park or anywhere else in the Nashville area - it's never too far.
