Additional fee per person, per night is charged after the 2nd person. This condo was designed with a modern style. It has a master bedroom with full double bed, 40" Smart TV and blackout shades. The secondary bedroom has a full double bed with blackout shades. It also has two full spacious bathrooms with a stand-up shower. Open space living room (w/o blackout shades), dining room, equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove with 6 burners, conventional oven, coffee machine, blender, toaster, microwave, silverware and glasses). Laundry room with washer and dryer. The condo has two free parking spaces in the garage. Remote assistance schedule: 7am - 11pm, 7 days a week. We provide: * One bottle of water per guest (500ml each) * High-speed Wi-Fi * Clean sheets, blankets, towels and bath mats * Napkins, dish soap, garbage bags * Toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body and hand soap * Salt, spices, pepper, coffee, sugar and splenda We do NOT provide: - Cleaning, laundry or kitchen supplies (food or drinks). - Daily house keeping services (cleaning fee is $400 pesos per day). Note: If deep cleaning is required (removing stains, disinfecting bathrooms, etc.) contact your host for a quote. - External cleaning services are NOT allowed. - All spa services are not included. - For semi-long and long stays, we do NOT replenish shampoo & soap kits, nor toilet paper IMPORTANT: * The condo is for adults over 30 years old only. * Early check-in or late check-out has a fee (contact us to check availability). * The condominium allows fast food deliveries.
