there was no token to power electricity even though it was already included in the fees I paid I was told I must buy token myself or stay in darkness which was unfair to me, the pool isn't accessible as a family because male and female are not allowed on the pool at the same time so we had to go looking for another pool elsewhere as a family so we could all be together and that was nor also communicated to me when i was booking and I think it was unfair to us, it's a spacious apartment but not well catered fir, there cobwebs and stains and washrooms has absolutely nothing not even tissue paper, soap, towels it's just bare room and host thinks she is doing a favour by renting out, personally I would never go back there to stay again.

Khadija was very helpful. She even called us ahead of time on the day of arrival to confirm our checkin time so as to assist us with check in. our arrival time changed due to flight delays, but she was still available to assist us with the late night check in around 11pm. Her unit is very well cleaned and maintained. The apartment complex is manned by security 24 hours. It has an elevator/Lift for easily accessing floors, which is in very good condition. Khadija's unit has microwave/oven, big size fridge, washing machine, coffee maker, drinking water dispenser, iron and ironing board, and elegant size comfortable beds all ensuite with plenty of storage. It has a great view with a nice place to relax at the balcony. other amenity available at the facility that we didn't get a chance to use is a pool. There's also nearby restaurants, with some that can deliver food for free when the cost of food purchased is more than a Kshs 1000.00. Khadija's place feel like a home away from home.

Wonderful host! I truly appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere she created, her helpful recommendations, and the constant check-ins to ensure our comfort. I would definitely look forward to returning. Feeling incredibly relaxed now
