We had a good stay here in the residence for 4 months. Great location and the people working there are very nice.

Pros: - the location was very close the the MTR - the room looked like the picture - many useful kitchen tools were provided - the room service staff was pleasant - management was very responsive - the laundry facility provided was very convenient Cons: - many shelves, drawers, and remote controls were extremely dirty - the soundproofing of the apartment door was poor - the edges of the floor ledge had sharp metal coverings which caused some injuries - the airconditioner did not work properly - there were cracked paint flakes that would fall onto the kitchen counter from a hidden gap in the kitchen window area

Erstmals sollte man vlt wissen, dass diese Unterkunft keine Private-Unterkunft ist. Ein Unternehmen vermietet diese Orte. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr central aber halt laut. Das Studio sollte eig eine Service Apartment sein, so wird es auch auf FB beworben, aber es ist nur teilweise eins. Es kommt nur einmal die Woche die Putzfrau, wechselt die Handtücher mit, wechselt Bettlacken, nimmt den Müll mit und wischt einmal durch. Dennoch ist das Apartment dennoch nicht so sauber danach. Teilweise, hatte ich auf den Lacken und Handtücher noch Blutflecken oder derartigen noch drauf. Falls es Problemem im Apartment gben sollte, werden diese auch nicht vollständig beseitigt. Aber das stärkste Argument gegen diesen Ort, ist der erhöhte Preis, der sich nicht legitimieren kann. Da gibt es wirklich bessere Alternativen.
