There are two bedrooms available for renting. Each bedroom has a Queen bed . Only two guests can be accommodated on one Queen bed in each bedroom. There is One common Bathroom for these two bedrooms. Rent for bedroom number 1 with lake view is $85 per night and Rent for Bedroom number 2 with mountain view is $75 per night. Thus Total 4 guests can be accommodated if both the rooms are booked . If one bedroom is booked then only two guests can be accommodated Very comfortable accommodation Very nearby Boat Launching Marina Clear lake Various Lake Events like Fishing competitions are always going on

We are the second guest of Gurmel. This is a newly-bought house with good privacy, good location and great scenic view of the lake. It is just 5 minutes drive to Clearlake. You can see the lake even from the inside of the house. Gurmel is a nice and talkative host and he is filled with enthusiasm to give us advice for touring and have inquiries about the our arrival and going out/departure time. Gurmel also provided all his best help for our simple cooking for the dinner. Thanks for the hosting. Hopefully we will be back in the summer to visit Clearlake and Gurmel again.
He greeted me personally by offering chocolates which was very nice of him. We chatted together while having a coffee. Clean place. Beautiful view right from the room. Definitely, would stay there again. Nice deck outside too where u can see deers as well. We were lucky to see some night time !!!

Very good and safe neighbourhood, nearby Food Market , restaurants, Gym , Coffee shop, Indian Cuisine, gas station etc all the routine requirements
Full Parking available in the house , all surrounding areas and Lake Marina have boat launching and parking
