This place was terrible and possibly a fraud! No heating, no hot water, sticky floors, amenities not usable and door knobs not working! Our expectant 7 day stay ended being a 1 day of hell! The house was described with no amenities which was surprising but we checked with the host who confirmed all essentials were provided. This is strange, why would Airbnb approve this house with the description of no essentials! My foreign guests could not shower and slept in coats. The host was quick to contact but very rude saying we can leave if we wanted and get a refund! Non apologetic nor remorseful! Got a call back the following morning at 10.30am with little resolve and little apology. We left later in the day with no alternative. Also a guest fell from a broken chair and we were told the previous guests were overweight! Finally the floor was sticky on arrival, dish washer not plugged into the wall so could not be used and entry door knob was broken so we were locked out several times.
