flat not ready until one hour after a 5pm check-in. cleaning girl and staff with keys very polite and apologetic, nice. apartment not so well maintained. overall very pleasant. lift to fourth floor not in operation, very disgusting dirty and smelly staircase. at 70 yrs with a recent heart failure this lack of access made the choice very disappointing. no maintenance to street entry foyeur , filthy impression.

El apartamento de Seif es tal cual como se describe, pequeño, armonioso, limpio, cómodo. El sector fué demasiado importante porque tuvimos el tren a 100 mts del apartamento, tiendas de víveres en frente, farmacias, restaurantes libanés. Excelente. Hubo dos inconvenientes; el primero durante toda nuestra estadía no tuvimos servicio de ascensor; fueron 4 pisos largos y tenemos una niña pequeña, subir y bajar maletas fué demasiado incómodo. Y la segunda recomendación es que las escaleras y la alfombra para subir al apartamento estaba demasiado sucias y olían muy mal, la basura permanece afuera de cada departamento y hace que huela mala también.

it was nice staying at your place.. nearby everywhere.. so many restaurant around, and underground station is right in front of the apartment.. very recommended to stay..

Tolle Wohnung, gut gelegen; sehr schnell auf zentralen Metros. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit gleich gegenüber. Die Wohnung dürfte etwas sauberer sein (z.B. Schmutz unter den Betten, sehr schmutziges Gefrierfach, schmutziges und stinkiges Treppenhaus) und die Vorhangschienen sollten geflickt werden. Im Schlafzimmer fiel sie direkt herunter, als wir den Vorhang schliessen wollten. Die benachbarte Strasse ist sehr laut - aber uns störte das eigentlich nicht gross. Ansonsten aber alles OK und trotz allem würden wir wieder buchen. Der Kontakt war auch sehr nett und zuverlässig.
