The rondavel is nestled under the beautiful Sibebe rock on a secluded and quiet property in the heart of Pine Valley. It is peaceful as well as conveniently close to all amenities, being 15 minutes drive to the centre of Mbabane, half an hour from Oshoek border and Ezulwini. Take a dip in the river that runs below the property or take a walk up the ridge to get a magnificent view of Sibebe rock. We look forward to hosting you! The rondavel is a light, airy and cosy space, making it a perfect retreat in a beautiful valley. Just steps from the Mbuluzi River and accessible hiking area, but protected within an private space. The rondavel has everything you could need and the round shape of the building makes it feel like a loving hug. It has a spacious living area with dining table, a fully functioning kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bath, a large mezzanine level with double bed and desk, and a small bedroom with a sleeper couch. Heating unit provided and wifi included. Outside there is a cute table and chairs to enjoy a morning coffee or smoothie while soaking up the peace and stunning beauty of Pine Valley. There is a double covered parking area and access to a weights bench. There are other houses on the property for a sense of security, but each with it's own privacy. Housekeeping included, and laundry available upon request.

Sadly only two nights at this very cute airbnb. Loved the location, the terrace as well as the inside. Annabel and here partner are very friendly, forthcoming and welcoming. Definitely recommend this airbnb!
Beautiful rondavel situated at the base of sibebe rock. Tranquil surroundings and had all the things needed to relax and wind down. Highly recommended!
Nous avons passé deux nuits chez Annabel, et nous aurions bien aimé y séjourner d'avantage. L'endroit est paisible, avec une vue magnifique sur le Sibebe rock! Une belle adresse!
We had a lovely night here and I think if we’d had the time, it would have been perfect for a week-long disconnect. The cottage is actually quite spacious and the surroundings are spectacular. The background of Sibaby rock is out of this world but we a beautiful walk through the adjacent fields and hills too. Having a river running through the land makes it a really magical area. We found it a welcome oasis of calm and as I mention above, would have stayed longer had our schedule allowed. The cottage sits within a lovely little compound of three other small houses, which creates a cosy and secure neighbourhood vibe, whilst retaining plenty of privacy. Annabel and Arnold were also very lovely hosts. They live close by and were great to offer ideas about where to visit in this part of Swaziland. Highly recommended for couples or, like us, couples with one or two children, looking for a break from either the heat or the hustle. We’ll be back.
We absolutely loved staying at Annabel's amazing place. The location is incredible with a fabulous view of the wonderful Sibebe rock. The accommodation is charming and is equipped with everything that a family could ask for. Annabel and Matthew are wonderful people. We plan to come back!

The highlight of Pine Valley is Sibebe Rock, the second largest monolith in the Southern Hemisphere after Uluru in Australia. It is a magnificent sight with plenty of walking trails for the adventurous and river swimming spots. Watch the cows grazing and hear the calls of the cowherds as they gather them to go home. Abundant birdlife and unique flora and fauna.
The rondavel has all the benefits of a rural setting and yet is only 15 minutes from the centre of Mbabane, 30 mins from the Oshoek border and Ezulwini. Two car covered parking available.
