If you’re trying to decide between this place and another, let this be your sign. Totally worth it. I’ve been going to Rocky Point for 20 years and this is was my favorite experience by far. I’ve previously stayed in Costa Diamanté (the same housing development— which I love) but never beachfront like this place. It’s right next to all of the resorts (also have stayed in most of them) but this house is ten steps away from the least crowded beach area of sandy beach. You go through two security guard stops to get to your house and I felt very safe the duration of my stay. Boan owns a couple of the properties and was an incredible host. Very responsive, accommodating, and I am looking forward to renting again from him again. The house was also beautiful, clean, and very easily accommodated our group of 9.

Location! Location! Location! Amazing spot on the sand with everything we needed to relax and have some fun. Everything worked just as described in the very detailed instructions provided. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location. The host was very responsive and easy to connect with. The House is very nice and comfortable.Make sure you read the instructions on the directions and not rely on GPS.

This house is worth every penny. The view of beach is amazing captures the whole view, the house was beautiful like from a movie clean, decorative, and spacious, host is nice and attentive. Different side of city worth seeing
