Tampere · 整套出租单元 · 1室1床1.0卫 · 可住6人 · Beautiful New 1BR Loft Apt in Amuri - "Oodi"
This amazing one-bedroom loft apartment was added to our portfolio in September 2023 when the building and the apartment were built. The apartment is a one-bedroom loft apartment that hosts up to 6 people (two beds and a bed sofa). The apartment is fully furnished and equipped and you only need to have your personal belongings and hygiene products when staying with us. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine for you to use as well. The apartment has 4 meters room height and there is a separate bedroom and a loft in addition to living room and open concept kitchen. There is plenty of storage space in the bedroom for you to use. There is also a big balcony with views all over Amuri neighborhood and even to Lake Näsijärvi!
The place was exactly as in the photos and I felt right at home, would recommend it to everyone and I will for sure be returning! Apartment is very clean and nice, big plus that it is very well isolated so cannot hear any noises from outside and the bedroom gets completely dark with the darkening curtains. The only possible issue might be if the flat gets very warm in the summer without air conditioning (sun shines on the windows and wall till late in the evening), but now it was very comfortable and cool. Huge plus for the location and closeness to the city and the tram stop! Overall one of the best apartments I have staid in! :)
Majoitus meni mukavasti ja viestintä sujui hyvin. Saatiin myös nopeasti huoneistosta puuttuvat pussilakanat, vaikka saavuimme vasta myöhään Tampereelle. Asunto oli siisti ja sijainti erinomainen. 😊
Ylimmän kerroksen uutta vastaava huoneisto uudessa talossa. Täällä majoittuu mukavasti neljä (parvi on kiva), ja vuodesohvalla pari lisää tiukan paikan tullen. Lyhyt kävelymatka keskustaan, Ratinaan ja Särkänniemeen. Tykkäsimme!
The Amur region was built in the 1860s as a residential area for the working population. The name of the area comes from a current parable of the era: Finnish emigrants left for the distant Amur country in Russia at that time. The new district was also located far from the center and factories by the standards of the time.
It consisted of intact blocks of wooden houses, which were smaller than the rest of the city. The houses were one-story. Amur workers' apartments were typically apartments with a shared kitchen, where two or four rooms shared a kitchen. One family always lived in one room. The apartment buildings were often designed by master builders from Tampere.
In the 1960s, Amur's wooden houses were demolished and apartment buildings were built in their place. One block was spared and turned into a workers' museum. Its apartments were decorated to look like workers' apartments from different eras of the period 1880−1970.
There is plenty of services closby the apartment such as restaurants, grocery stores, small businesses etc. The walking distance to main square of Tampere is also just a couple of minutes. You'll find all the services of Tampere downtown closby the apartment.
There is several bus stops and a tram line close to the apartment. The walking distance to the downtown is also a couple of minutes. You can easily get to the apartment from railway station or bus station by tram, bus or taxi. We suggest using Google Maps in order to navigate to the apartment.
