We enjoyed our stay at this very spacious 3 bedroom condo. It was fully stocked with the essentials. The neighborhood is very safe and friendly. They have 2 pools that were out of the breeze, and it wasn't difficult to find open pool chairs. The marina is a beautiful place to walk and enjoy sunsets. A great place to stay in Cape Coral There are a few restaurants within walking distance and the gulf coast fudge ice cream shop that my daughter enjoyed to frequent. The host was always very responsive and helpful!

Our stay was great! The unit was beautiful and extremely spacious, with 2 teenagers - 3 bed/3 bath made our stay very comfortable Both pools, the ground and all amenities are clean and well taken car of The area is safe and beautiful to take walks or ride bikes, there's a boardwalk along the water with some shops, a great fudge/ice cream shop and a few restaurants - outside of that, you would have to drive but theres lots there to keep busy and enjoy your time We havent travelled to this area of Florida before so we werent sure which area to stay, or which areas had been hit hardest by the hurrican. Cape Coral was by far the nicest area, we visited Pine Island, Fort Myers Beach and Downtown while we were there - we all feel we made the best choice Harbour Shores Realty markets the property exactly how it is and are on the ball with answering questions and offering advice Only thing to keep in mind is the hrs of the pool/hot tub Both close firm at dusk Thats 6pm right now
