I have stayed with him several times and always like to come back." This 76m² apartment has been recently refurbished in great style and awaits you with a fresh & modern design. In addition, the apartment features two terraces of about 7m² and a 126m² private garden. The location is good: Walking distance to public transportation that will take you to our most livable capital city 'Vienna' in no time. You can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee on one of the terraces and enjoy all the other nice amenities of this studio. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and the other one with two single beds, a large smart TV with Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge and everything you need. The new bathroom has a shower and a bath, moreover there is also a washing machine in the apartment. Of course, we provide you with fresh towels and all essential utensils like shower gel & shampoo at your arrival. The apartment also offers space for a fifth and sixth guest on the comfortable sofa bed. The apartment provides a parking lot for an extra charge. Moreover, public transport is nearby, which will take you directly to Vienna.

We enjoyed our stay at Ari‘s apartment. It was a bit difficult to find it but Ari gave good instructions with photos. In addition, he was always responsive whenever we had questions. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, light and seems to be recently renovated. It has two terraces. We did not use them as it was a bit chilly outside. I believe when the weather is good, it would be lovely to have breakfast there. The heating system worked well and took about 5 min to get to the comfortable temperature inside. The only suggestion I have for the apartment is to put a sight protection in the toilet and bathroom windows. It did not disturb us but could be a small improvement. The location of the apartment is fantastic: a quiet district, a grocery store just around a corner, the city centre with cafes and restaurants is about 10 min walk. I highly recommend visiting Glassmuseum in Ebreichsdorf (about 2,5 km from the apartment). Overall we had only positive experience with the apartment.
Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut - die Räume sind groß und geräumig und man kann sich mit mehreren Personen gut aufhalten! Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat wirklich einwandfrei funktioniert.

The surroundings are fantastic! Just around the corner is the famous 'Golfclub Schloss Ebreichsdorf', as well as Europe's most modern horse racing track 'Magna Racino', which make sports enthusiasts hearts beat faster. In addition, the municipality offers attractions such as the glass museum and a schnapps tasting incl. a guided tour.
The good local supply with many restaurants and supermarkets, as well as the easy public connection, create great conditions for families, singles as well as couples who want to enjoy their trip quietly and relaxed.
