Couldn't fault it, we stayed in the family room, which was decorated beautifully. Everywhere was spotless and we loved the penguin in the bathroom!
Was one of the first guests at this newly converted hotel. Offered an upgrade to a suite. Fixtures and fittings brand new like 5 star hotel. Great stay.

Having started off life as a car salesman, I quickly spotted a gap in the market for a unique style of accommodation within the region, and built my first hotel. Since then, I've had the amazing opportunity to expand the business to being one of the largest localised chains in the East Midlands, operating in excess of 200 bedrooms, and welcoming over 2500 guests a week. Seeing everyone have such wonderful experiences is heart-warming.
