Relaxing beach house getaway perfect for a couple or small group. This Studio size house is peaceful and centrally-located in the heart of Holly Beach. It comes fully equipped and is a short walk to the beach. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets while sitting on the porch. Go downstairs and enjoy the patio seating while putting something on the grill or boil seafood in the Boiling Pot and Burner provided.

this was an amazing cottage my family of 4 was able to see the beach and went seashell hunting a few nights and crabbing in the channels behind the cotrage

Nice quiet neighborhood. During holidays and busy weekends, there can be more traffic with people riding around enjoying themselves. Everyone is very nice and inviting. Might find yourself being invited to a BBQ or just to chat and have a cold drink
Guests have access to park under the house.
The community ordinance allows visitors to ride their Golf Carts, UTVs and 4 wheelers on the beach. Vehicles are also allowed however the sand on the beach is very soft so it is highly recommended to only ride vehicles with 4-wheel drive. Follow the posted signs.
