The property is located in the Paseo Arts district (which is close to downtown and major highways). The property was thoughtfully updated and has a large balcony. This building is old. The property is charming, but it's definitely historic and has a quirky-ness to it. It was decorated with lots of neutrals, extra blankets, and an incredibly comfy couch. The living room and dining room are open to one another. The kitchen is a narrow galley style, but updated and functional. There is one bedroom (king bed ). The property has one full bathroom. There is also a laundry room just off the kitchen. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry areas are equipped with essentials. There is free parking on site and washer/dryer are in the unit.
