Really didn't have the best experience from the start. - the address provided on Airbnb is not accurate so we had to find our way to the estate - we had to wait in the living room when we arrived because they had just started cleaning the house - no towels were provided until the next day in the evening - the bed sheets were not changed as I found hair of the previous tenants - Alexis or his staff came to the appartement every single day and would call us to make our way home so they could come in for a reason or another. - Alexis asked us to leave the house door opened whilst we were gone because they were planning to change the furnitures in the house - we came back to the house one day and the whole living had changed. they moved things around making it much smaller - Alexis complained that we left the air-conditioning opened whilst we were out as it would increase the electricity bill. Alexis is a great person I just think there was an overall lack of professionalism
