Great host, very responsive and proactive with providing information and help. Made it possible for us to check in a bit earlier, which made our day. The place is clean and well equipped with all the basics. The only complaint is the AC didn't work (didn't cool) in one of main bedroom and half worked in the other. We reported this as soon we arrived, and someone came over to take a look, couldn't fix it, said they will send someone as the gas probably needs changing, but no one came in the few days while we were there. Everything else was great. thank you
