Ultimately, it was a really enjoyable stay. I really appreciated how responsive Joey was and his hospitality. The place worked very well for my stay in Ohio. A couple notes: the floors are extremely squeaky and at times I felt bad for the people staying on the level below me, the wifi is shared between the first and second floor with the only wifi system being on the second floor, and the wifi would go out quite a bit (I would say at least once a day for about 30 min). Other than those minor inconveniences, everything there is nice and I would not hesitate staying there again.

I enjoyed my stay! Clean, easy-check in, as listed, responsive hosts, I could go on and on! If you’re looking for a quiet, safe, & clean place to stay, this is it! It’s perfectly placed between Dayton and Cincinnati. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the binder provided with clear check out instructions and a list of things to do/restaurants in the area. Couldn’t be more thankful, highly recommend!
