Everything from the carpet, to the furnishings, and amenities are brand new. This unit is on the basement level of a two story house. There is no interior connection to the other unit, both units have their own separate entrances. The house is very quiet with working professionals on the top level. Again, the listing is for a completely separate and private living space in the basement of a multi-story home with a small kitchenette. A fridge and microwave are provided as shown in the listing photos. A full kitchen is not provided in the space. One minor quirk of the space is that the bathroom is up the stairs shown in the images. This is a completely private bathroom with absolutely no visual or physical connections to the rest of the house. We have a strict no visitor policy. If more people than registered on the booking arrive during anytime of your stay, we reserve the right to ask all visitors to leave the property immediately AND charge a $40 fee per unregistered visitor to the guest who made the booking. The exterior of the building is equipped with 3 security cameras. one above the garage doors, another in the backyard, and the last is a doorbell camera. Backyard is not to be utilized by guests of this unit.
