Logement atypique qui a fait le bonheur de nos enfants! Intérieur soigné (manquerait une armoire), chauffage efficace, petit jardin avec table, chaises longues, et petit terrain de badminton! Très calme, pleine campagne, vaches, poney, tondeuse-brebis qui nous salue le matin quand nous sortons. A 10mn du (parking du) mont saint Michel et commerces et restaurants à proximité en voiture. Hôte très accueillant

My sister came to visit me while I’m in France for study abroad, and it was smooth sailing from beginning to end. Very close to Mont Saint Michel, and the Airbnb itself was beautiful! I loved every bit of it. If anyone is a bit LOTR fan, do yourself a favor and love out your hobbit dreams here!

What lovely hosts! Jean-Luc and Isabelle were so welcoming and helpful. The language barrier was not a problem. They conveyed places to visit and where to eat. Our project was to go to Mont Saint Michel which was only a few minutes drive away. Easy to get to but parking charges were necessary. (Parking quite expensive). Unless you park at Gravé for free, and pay for the bus. The Hobbit house (Castel Brandy), was amazing! An absolute copy of the Shire and magical in every way. We were compelled to watch 'The Hobbit' in the evenings . We enquired to stay a third night but alas they were fully booked. I would definitely stay here again!! 5*

Jean-Luc and his wife are so sweet! Incredible that he built the house all by himself !! Would highly recommend this unique place.

Alloggio decisamente sui generis, magari non tanto adatto per persone piuttosto alte di statura (dovevamo stare attenti ai movimenti sia in bagno che per alzarci dal letto!). Pulitissimo e molto curato ma era molto rigido in casa, anche a causa del meteo che non ci ha di certo aiutato. Abbiamo faticato un po a trovarlo perché si trova in una posizione piuttosto isolata di Tanis, caratteristica di scarso rilievo per una sola notte ma altrimenti non proprio comoda dal mio punto di vista. Host gentile e disponibile anche se il dialogo non è facile se non si conosce la lingua francese, visto che lui parla solo quella.
