This is a great place to stay for a trip to Leeds. It was easy to get anywhere and had plenty of space to sleep 7 for a good price. Garden was large and kitchen was well equipped. Would really recommend staying here! Raphael was also very helpful and answered our questions very quickly and clearly.

Rafael‘s place was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable. Great amenities and towels provided. Good Wi-Fi. Relatively close to downtown and plenty of street parking as well as a private drive. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean space and matched the photos. Very easy check in process with clear instructions. The location is convenient as it’s close to the city centre. Overall good stay.
