Despite its central location, the flat cleverly faces the quiet part of the block, ensuring a peaceful and undisturbed sleep. In addition to the comfortable amenities, we offer a high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning for your comfortable stay. Located on the second floor, the apartment is fully furnished and can accommodate 2 adults. The room has one large double bed, 2 comfortable chairs with a coffee table, TV, high-speed internet, iron and board, as well as a hairdryer, washing machine and powder. The well-equipped kitchen is complete with all the essential utensils needed to cook, including a kettle and a mini fridge. And for those cosy mornings or evenings, we've got you covered with tea and coffee, allowing you to savour your favourite warm beverage at your leisure. The bathroom is equipped with everything you need for a refreshing experience. You'll find a modern shower and toilet at your disposal. To add an extra touch of pampering, we provide shampoo, shower gel, and soap, so you can freshen up with ease. The apartment is ideal for couples and for solo travelers.

公寓里设施齐全，地点很好，交通便利，舒适安静，房东服务耐心、周到。 公寓在2楼，大楼有电梯，但2楼电梯出口被封了，只能从1楼步行上到2楼，或乘电梯到3楼，再从3楼步行下到2楼，提大行李上楼或下楼很不方便。
Aydan was very responsive to questions I had. Great communicator and did everything to let me check in earlier. Flat is super central located. It was clean. Never saw such a tiny bathroom, but was ok for the days I was there. Great bed with hard mattress.Good internet. Close to everything
Our stay in Baku was absolutely delightful! The location of the hotel was excellent, conveniently close to major attractions like Icherisheher, Nizami Street, and Baku Boulevard. The view from our windows was spectacular, capturing the essence of the city beautifully. * The flat is located on the second floor and it is possible to easily walk up the stairs. However, if you need an elevator (lift) please consider that it only goes up to the third floor.
