Enjoy a stay with family or friends in the "Cottages de La Baule": spacious chalet, fully equipped, bright, tastefully arranged and decorated. Ideally located at the gates of La Baule, you will appreciate the calm and family environment, the indoor swimming pool (open and heated in summer), as well as the bowling alley for pétanque lovers and the children's play area. The chalet can accommodate up to 7 people. Activities, shared spaces: - Heated indoor swimming pool oppened in summer - Boulodrome for pétanque lovers. - Small children's play area. Spacious and fully equipped chalet of 56m2 on a plot of more than 350m2 in a quiet and family residential park. The living room offers: - A fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, induction hob, oven, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee maker, and all the crockery you will need) - A dining area with a table and 7 chairs - A living room with a corner sofa, a coffee table and a connected television and TNT channels You will have access to Wifi (fiber). The chalet has 3 bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: 160 bed and reading lights - Bedroom 2: 1 80cm bed + 1 80cm pull-out bed + 1 desk and 1 office chair - Bedroom 3: 2 80cm bunk beds + 1 80cm pull-out bed + small desk You will find closets in all bedrooms. A bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilets. A small storage room with washing machine and dryer. Outside : You can relax and share an aperitif on the 12m2 semi-enclosed covered terrace with a large outdoor corner sofa and a small coffee table. For your meals, do not hesitate to move the table and chairs inside. Also enjoy 20m2 of uncovered terrace. Car park : A private parking space is reserved for you on the plot and other parking spaces are available in the park. Bed and bathroom linen are not included in the reservation. You can bring your own, or rent one from the Zenweekey Concierge. Please let us know your choice when booking, or AT THE LATER LATEST, 5 days before your arrival.

Très beau séjour au sein des Cottages de la Baule ! Cottage hyper agréable, au calme, très bien agencé et à 6, nous avons tous eu nos espaces ! Idéalement situé, il permet de découvrir des lieux magnifiques, historiques ou sauvages, sans faire de longs trajets ! Notre hôte a été de très bons conseils sur les activités à faire ou à découvrir… Je conseille très vivement !!!
Logement propre, très bien équipé, très beau cadre et bien sécurisé. Logement bien localisé pour profiter de la plage mais également pour visiter la région. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu bénéficier de la piscine ni du square, du fait de l'époque, qui aurait été un grand plus pour nos enfants. Cécilia est super réactive, super sympa et très arrangeante! Arrivée et départ en toute autonomie, ce qui nous a bien arrangé. Nous recommandons!

très bonne communication avec Cécilia, très réactive. Logement propre, conforme et fidèle aux photos. Très satisfaite du logement, de sa grande double terrasse couverte et de l'agencement. Nous étions comme chez nous. En cette période le chauffage était bien apprécié et chauffait très vite. Literie des 3 chambres très agréable, draps qui sentaient vraiment bon, c'est agréable d'avoir une odeur de lessive et douceur des draps, on s'est senti comme chez nous. Accueil chaleureux par message et bienveillance. A l'écoute et très arrangeante. Nous avions pris option draps et serviettes de bain et bien c'était parfait. Nous recommandons et nous reviendrons encore en famille. A proximité de La baule ( 5 min) guerande (A peine 10 min) Piscine fermée à cette saison c'était bien détaillé ainsi.
Nous avons passé un agréable week-end en famille (4 enfants) dans le cottage spacieux, confortable de Cécilia. La cuisine est bien équipée. Merci à Cécilia pour sa gentillesse et ses conseils.
