Excellent location. Just 3 mins walk to Penrith Train station and walking distance to Westfield Penrith and many restaurants. Quest is next to this apart block and there are two cafe joints to have your meals. Su provided a comprehensive check-in procedure, but the lock box numbers given were incorrect. Contacted Su and the phone was transferred to an agent, and it took a while to get the correct lock box numbers to retrieve the key & tag. The unit is a nice 3-bedroom unit with amenities as described but no coffee and tea bags provided. Functional kitchen with utensils but frying pan and pots have too many scratches that I was hesitant to use. Good Wi-Fi but the password given was incorrect. Look for the modem in the main bedroom and look for the correct password. All bedrooms have air-con units which are so important in Penrith. Parking lot at B2 was not difficult to access, once you can retrieve the key/tag from the lockbox. Otherwise, a nice comfortable apartment on the ground flr.

Upon late arrival, we were given the wrong code for the key lock so we couldn't get in. Phone call to Su sorted that out straight away. Then the apartment hadn't been cleaned from the last guest's stay, so we couldn't rest or shower after our long drive. Su did have the apartment cleaned for us that evening and offered a small compensation for her mismanagement. The rest of our stay was amazing. Great location with a small grocer, cafes, train station and big shopping centre is all within a 5 minute walk. Having secure, underground parking on site is amazing too. Will return to Su's apartment again for another stay.
