The home has two separate living areas. The main house has 3 bedrooms and two full baths, living room, full kitchen, sun porch and dining area. It walks out onto a deck with pergola which is steps away from the beach over the dunes. Gusts can have 3 additional people sleep on the two large sofas and the twin porch swing, which coupled with the guest house, allows up to 13 guests sleeping. The main house has a private entrance and 2 to 3 parking spaces. The property as a garage which is used to store the owner's vehicle and personal items. The second living area was previously used as an office by the prior owner and called, "The West Wing". It has a main bedroom with King bed, a full bathroom, a kitchenette and living room with a sofa which can sleep two people. The guest suite has a sperate entrance and two dedicated parking spaces. NOTE: The separate guest house is available for groups of 8 or more.
