This place has everything you need to make your stay feel special! Easy access to lots of stores/restaurants. Parking was hugely important and Rodger provided that. I enjoyed it so much that I rebooked another 2 weeks from 15-29 April, following my first 2 weeks 31 March to April 14!!! Highly recommend!

The space was very clean and comfortable and the welcome drinks were a pleasant surprise. I would definitely recommend the space for a couple.

My hunny and I stayed at Rodger’s guest house for rest and it was very inviting and cozy. The home was perfect for two! We really enjoyed snuggling by the fireplace (you can choose heat or not), and then going upstairs to watch the sunsets as we relaxed. The kitchen was a nice size with all that’s needed for a vacation stay. We also loved the Banks beers that welcomed us. The neighborhood was quiet and with no interruptions. Even the dog next door never barked. LoL. We rented a car and the home offered a parking spot directly in front. We will absolutely stay again! Thank you Rodger for a perfect getaway!

We enjoyed our stay. The all-in-one washer and dryer came was very convenient. The place was well lit and adequately supplied. I'd stay again.
