Beautiful and comfortable penthouse. The pictures don’t do justice. Beautifully decorated and yet made us feel at home. Andre’s was very kind and responsive to all our questions.

This was my and my friends 1st times in Puerto Rico, and I’m so glad we chose his place. It was peaceful and had a great Ocean view. Having the rooftop, grill, and great furniture were what sold us on the place. It was very nice as the photos show with nice new furniture and appliances. My only issues were, there should’ve been a final cleaning before we arrived. It was pretty dusty and there were several dead roaches laying around. The water also completely was out in the building and we weren’t informed that may happen. Also the elevator stopped working several times and we had to haul our luggage up and down several flights of stairs bc of this. Last.. the WiFi doesn’t reach all of the rooms. So the TVs in the bedrooms were unusable. Also couldn’t connect our personal devices. Otherwise we enjoyed the space. Andres did what he could to assist with the issues and communicated quickly. That’s the reason we decided to stay in the place. Thank you Andres! Please work on the WiFi!

If i could give 4.5 stars I would. I would definitely stay here again. The rooftop deck was amazing. We watched the sunset every night, and on new year's eve we could see fireworks from all directions. Andres was very responsive - the wifi stopped working and he had technicians in to fix it the same day. He answered all questions promptly. The property is walking distance to Crash Boat Beach. Maps doesn't show the route but we found it on another gps app. The one thing that I'd change would be to have more than one set of keys. Since you need a key to access the penthouse, having one key meant that all 6 of us had to go to the same place at the same time, or one had to stay home to let others back up. There was also only one fob to open the gate, which sometimes didn't work. While you could use the keypad for entry, that did not work on new year's eve. Andres said they were waiting for a second set of keys.

Andres’ place is in a good location close to restaurants and is comfortable. The condo has beautiful views. It’s not very walkable so a car is highly recommended and there are 2 uncovered assigned parking spaces in a gated lot. The area experiences frequent and sudden power outages so it’s a good idea to have your own satellite internet and generator if working from home. The building has a generator but it only powers the main areas. The neighbors are quiet and nice people. Overall a good experience. Thank you for hosting us!
