Ai piedi delle dolci colline veronesi, in casa ristrutturata mantenendo il sapore di un tempo,vi attende al primo piano una luminosa tranquilla linda stanza con letto matrimoniale dotata di bagno finestrato con doccia (tot.25 mq). Il legno ed il lampadario veneziano la rendono calda e accogliente. L’accesso è indipendente con scala esterna. Completano lo spazio una piccola terrazzina e un posto auto, entrambi ad uso esclusivo. Aria condizionata, WIFI, mini frigo, bollitore, phon, ferro da stiro. Sarete i soli e unici ospiti della mia casa. L'entrata indipendente vi assicura la massima privacy. Quando aprirete le finestre il vostro sguardo spaziera' sulle dolci colline ricche di vigneti. Raggiungibili a piedi tutti i principali servizi della cittadina (bar, pizzerie, ristoranti, edicola, tabaccheria, farmacia, supermercati chiesa parrocchiale). Sarete i benvenuti.

Host gentilissima e disponile, soggiorno breve ma molto piacevole
Gabriella was an amazing host! She gave very clear instructions on how to find her place - it was very easily accessible by bus from Verona city centre or train station. The atmosphere both inside and outside was very beautiful and peaceful. The place was also very clean and comfortable! I only wish I could have stayed longer. Thank you for making it such a pleasant stay Gabriella!
If I could give more than 5 stars.. I would! Gabriella is a wonderful hostess who responds quickly and shares great tips and suggestions of what to do in the area. Especially as a solo traveller, I felt very safe and comfortable staying with her, while still having complete freedom of own space. The place is exactly as shown in the photos, very clean, and full of lovely details. It felt like home right away! The view from the balcony is stunning and endless hiking / running / opportunities starting right from the front door. After a relaxing 4-night stay, I can only say that I hope to be back soon!
Gabriella is a perfect host & she made my stay super enjoyable. She will give you plenty of advice about things to do locally and above. I would love to visit her again!!! & If I could give her more than 5☆, I would ! The flat is just lovely. It has everything you need, it's quiet and comfortable, and the view from the balcony is just stunning!!! Grezzana is a cute little place, easily accessible by foot. It has a few shops & restaurants... I was lucky to be here during the festival, to meet local people and their food. Always a bonus! Verona is easily accessible by bus (25-30 minutes) ! I recommend getting TBV app. And for you to just follow the flow of the town. It's cute and diverse and full of history. Overall: if you like peace, good wine, good company... look not further & book your stay here. I know I will !!! Ciao. Buona fortuna. Arrivederci!
Wonderful spot to rest and recharge after seeing Verona. It's on the top floor and feels quite private. The space looks to have been newly redone and is in great shape. It's full of charming artwork made by the host, just as in the pictures. Bathroom was very clean. No conditioner. Wifi was just OK, spotty. Sleep: I'm a light sleeper and overall this place was great. The two windows that face the road are new and very quiet. They also had good shutters and curtains. There is a third side window which is older and didn't block noise or light but it was fine for me. You may hear faint noise from the kitchen below. Grezzana is very quiet and peaceful at night, it's lovely! The mattress was firm. For couples, note that the floor is very creaky. Note: the bus stops 2 miles short of Grezzana at night

Grezzana si trova in Valpantena (il suo antico nome era Valle degli Dei), zona abitata fin dall’antichità e scelta dai romani per la fertilità della sua terra e l'abbondanza di acqua. Antichi ulivi e preziosi vigneti caratterizzano il dolce paesaggio.
Grezzana è ideale punto di partenza per visitare importanti città d’arte: Verona a 15 minuti d’auto, Vicenza mezz'ora, Padova e Brescia un’ora, Mantova 50 minuti, Venezia e Trento un’ora e 15 min. Per chi ama le escursioni in bicicletta o a piedi esistono varie possibilità. La montagna poi non è lontana con Bosco Chiesanuova (la perla della Lessinia) a 20 min in auto, come pure il Lago di Garda a 45 min.
Siamo in posizione comoda anche per chi viaggia per lavoro e vuole evitare la confusione della grande città. Fiera di Verona a circa 20 minuti e Aeroporto di Verona a 30 minuti d'auto.
Mercato in piazza della chiesa il primo mercoledì e il terzo venerdì del mese
Fermata bus per centro città e stazione treni di Verona a 100 metri e a 700 metri (con corse più frequenti). Aeroporto a 30 min d’auto.

Mi chiamo Gabriella, appassionata d'Arte, adoro viaggiare e conoscere altre culture, amo andare in bicicletta, cucinare e... tanto altro. Oltre 20 anni fa ho acquistato questa casa per la tranquillità del luogo pur essendo vicina ad altre abitazioni, al centro paese e a Verona. Ho così trovato la pace per poter lavorare nel mio atelier di pittura. La mia casa è sempre stata aperta alle persone amiche e ora anche anche agli ospiti di Airb&b.
